General public membership:
RWF Gym has several membership options.
We don’t charge joining fees, and all memberships (other than the 6 monthly or yearly options) are rolling contracts with a 30 day notice period.

- This includes ONE reduced rate PT session OR sports massage per month

Gold package

- This includes TWO reduced rate PT session OR sports massage per month
- PT sessions normally £40, reduced to £35 as part of this package

Family Package
£140
- This option includes 4 people from the same family, of any age.

New or existing Personal Training clients:
An exclusive membership offer of £40 per month.
Six months membership, paid in advance, is just £220 (one month half-price)
A years membership, paid in advance, is just £440 (one month free).
Sports Massage
This is available without a membership, at a rate of £40 per session (usually 45-60 mins).
